We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes (waiting for our order to be taken and NO car in front of us). We went in to order instead, which took so dang long! The fries were crap, cold and no salt. The employees have no sense of purpose to move more than a snails pace. Which sucks, because since they closed Harrisonville's Wendy's this is the closest one. Will NOT be returning!

I should’ve read the reviews before going to this location. It clearly shows how much they steal from their customers. They didn’t pack my chicken nuggets for my baby and when I called they were utterly rude! Told me they were short staffed..what does that have to do with my order and your attitude. Directed me to their corporate support for my refund because they can’t refund on delivery orders. Support said they could only refund only $2.61 for the nuggets yet on their website they clearly have it as $5.69! That’s the policy I was told, they can’t refund more than $2.61 for the nuggets. Utterly most rude service I have ever experienced, let a bad taste in my mouth about Wendy’s!!
