This is by far the BEST burger king in springfield! They're always so fast, so polite, and the food is always HOT! Big shout out to everyone manager i have encountered there. They're never scared to own their mistakes (which rarely happen) and fix them on the spot. I always take the crown home to my grandson. Thank you for bringing back my faith in bk

Restaurant is very clean and has a unique aesthetic compared to most of the big burger chains. Food is exactly what you expect everytime which these days seems to be a novelty. Service is a bit slow but like most it's due to not enough staff which is also common enough. Overall, there's a reason I come here.

This location doesn’t care about the orders that they mess up, I just had a lady hang up on me because I said they should pay more attention to the orders. You took my money but can’t take the truth. You messed up the order and hung up on me for saying you made a mistake. 20 dollar mistake. Thank you Burger King. I didn’t except to get it my way anyway. McD’s from now on.
