Ordered through the app during lunch time on a Saturday. The place was full of patrons. Our food came out hot and correct. The bathroom was clean and we noticed the staff cleaning tables quickly for more guests to sit down.

Food was great. Even though they were very steady and busy, tables counters and floors were all clean. Someone was cleaning at all times and restocking. Friendly service and fast ordering. My nuggets were fresh and perfect temp.

The worst restaurant in the chain that I have been to. Constantly getting orders wrong. Last time I ordered two meals, got home and didn't have either side, the bun on the sandwich was wrong, and one of the drinks were wrong. Called immediately and was told that it would be taken care of. The full charge went on my card with nothing corrected. Other better chicken options close, or if you insist on Chic then go to S Glenstone, they always get order correct.
