Been going to this DQ for years in Springfield. I've never had a bad experience here. My kids and I love getting blizzards, and they've always been great. We haven't ordered food as often, but it's always been good as well. What really sets this place apart is the staff though. I feel like this is a family run business, and their staff has always displayed an amazing attitude. They have been super helpful and provided service with a smile each time. I'm so grateful for them. The building was a bit dated, but they are updating, and I am excited to see the improvements. Overall a great place!
