So lately addicted to the Oreo sandwiches but Freddy’s runs out of them out a lot so today I got a pint of vanilla custard. For my Oreos at home . It has crystals on the top so it has melted out some point but it’s so hard as a rock. I can’t get it Out of the container.

I’m not even sure where to start. I’ve always loved Freddy’s—it holds a special place in my heart because I have fond memories of going there on dates with my mom before she passed away. Unfortunately, I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant, and it’s left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. When we arrived, there were four people in line ahead of us, but no one was at the register to take orders. After a while, someone finally came over, but there was no apology for the wait. After ordering, I went to get our drinks, only to find that both the root beer and lemonade were out. No big deal—I figured I’d just let someone know. I went to the counter and stood there for about five minutes while at least three employees saw me standing there and didn’t acknowledge me. Eventually, what seemed to be the manager walked by, made eye contact with me, and then told the kitchen staff something unrelated about an order. She completely ignored me and went to the register, still not acknowledging me. Finally, a younger employee asked if I needed anything. I told him about the root beer and lemonade being out, and only then did the manager chime in, saying that the root beer couldn’t be changed because of a broken solenoid (I get it—things like that happen). However, she said, in an annoyed tone, that they could change the lemonade. I went back to my table to tell my 3-year-old we’d have to wait for the lemonade to be fixed. We sat down to eat, but 5–10 minutes passed, and nothing was done. It was clear we weren’t a priority. I went back up to the counter and told another employee that the lemonade was still out. She said someone should be changing it, so I sat back down, already feeling frustrated. Then came the worst part. My wife took a bite of her California-style burger, and a long black hair came out with it. I understand that mistakes happen—things like this can occur. All I wanted was for them to apologize, fix it, and make things right. Instead, I went back to the counter (lemonade still not changed) and showed the hair to the same young employee. He chuckled, asked what kind of burger it was, and said they’d remake it. None of the three employees at the counter showed any empathy or concern. Not one apology from anyone. They remade the burger, but I had to specifically ask for the fries that came with it because they didn’t include them. Both the employee and the cooks seemed annoyed with me, but they gave me the fries. At this point, I figured I’d finally get my kids some lemonade. But no—it still hadn’t been changed. For the third time, I asked someone about it, and they said, “Uh, it should be getting changed.” By this point, the manager had already left, soda in hand, leaving the issue unresolved. My kids were excited to get ice cream, but after such awful service, we weren’t about to spend another dime there. We ended up going to Andy’s instead. I’m heartbroken to say that we won’t be coming back to this Freddy’s. It’s devastating because of the memories I have tied to this place, but the lack of care, empathy, and basic service was unacceptable. I’ve never been so disappointed in a restaurant experience.

I believe the product quality meets expectations but fails to leave any lasting impression. It's got a diner theme, not sure it has " that something " to bring me back for a burger and fries any time soon I thought the portions were smaller than in the past. Service was polite and quick! It is apparently owned by a veteran so we get a discount, So price is somewhat better!
