I came in and TRIED to eat here! I TRIED to order a #2 with cheese only ketchup mustard pickle tomatoe. However Braden couldn't not seem to punch in my order. He kept trying g to get me to figure out the items I didn't want on my order. I DON'T WORK HERE. I DONT KNOW WHAT COMES ON THE BURGERS !!!! I do know what I want on my order and I couldn't get that. He's the guy in the orange shirt in my review. Needless to say I DIDNT GET MY ORDER AND LEFT HUNGRY I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE

I have visited this Whataburger location multiple times, and unfortunately, the service consistently falls short of expectations. The drive-thru experience is particularly inefficient, with wait times averaging between 3 to 5 minutes per vehicle. This means that even with just four cars ahead, customers can expect to wait anywhere from 12 to 20 minutes, which is far from ideal for a fast-food establishment. Additionally, the organization and customer service could be improved. The lack of efficiency makes this location inconvenient for those looking for a quick meal. However, the quality of the food remains excellent, which is a redeeming factor. With improvements in speed and service, this location could provide a much better experience for its customers.

*UPDATE* 8/2 - The drive through is awful! The time it takes, the set up, people driving in reverse just to leave. It’s one of the wildest drive through’s I’ve been in. Food is good and the people are great. But something needs to be done with the drive through experience. Makes you want to not come back. Extremely clean with some excellent customer service! The burger itself was okay. Not bad, but not special. The fries are incredible. This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I’ve ever been in. The mangers that do their rounds to check on the guests who dine in, so always appreciated. Would come back again!
