Everything is usually on point, but they only filled my large fry halfway. Everything else was quick and hot, but the fries were disappointing for their standards

Food is never hot and then today they hit me with this. There were 3 around this size. I'm making the extra 5 minute drive to the other one from here on out💀

This is the first Chick-fil-A with a Drive-thru in Jackson. It still serves the neighborhoods of the Northside of town. There are still some employees here who were working here when my kids were young! Service with a smile. One of the employees recognizes me the minute I come through the line for breakfast, and calls me by name.
