One of the worst experiences at Taco Bell. Everytime I go through the drive thru at this location my order is incorrect and there are long wait times. Today they forgot half my hubby's box plus 2 other items. Drive back in bad weather. Sidewalks had not been cleared and employees cars were taking up all the front parking. Once inside had to wait for employees to finish telling story to be greeted. They messed up again by only giving me 2 of my 4 items.

The floor in the lobby is dirty, so hopefully that's not a reflection of how clean their food is! The service isn't horrible, but not great either, but it's what has become to be expected of TB. This is the best TB in Billings tho, of the ones I've been to. The one on Main St is trash.

Took forever for our order to be taken. When we got to the window they were making fun of how much we ordered. They handed us our food and didnt say anything, handed it to us and shut the window.
