I feel that this is the best Chick fil a in Cary. The service is great, the food is good, and the restaurant is very clean. The drive through moves quickly and it is usually easy to find parking! Joanne is so friendly and helpful. I am always glad to have her ring up my order.

Best chic filet I've ever been to. The staff is amazing and they keep the facility super clean including the restrooms. I would have rated the atmosphere in food higher, however, at the end of the day it is still a fast food restaurant.

I went through drive through yesterday.and it was not as smooth as anytime I have visited.They kept giving bags of food to customer behind us all I ordered was a banana pudding shake and fry finally they asked what we were waiting for and still gave me wrong shake I ended up with vanilla shake 😌 w as really forward to it been hospital almost a month and that's the first and only thing I wanted....bummer but. Did call back they said they would replace it no problem when ever I'm back in area.
