I normally love cookout. I think maybe it’s just the location honestly, but this burger pissed me off like crazy. I work five minutes away, this shit was already cold, so I opened it. And the burger was half eaten! Well, likely it just wasn’t a full burger but even still! What a ridiculous scam, whoever let this old, cold, half dead patty get through to the customer should be fired. Honestly idk how you could have a grilled burger be cold other than over prepping food and setting it off for customers later down the line. If they had at the very least heated it up I probably wouldn’t have checked, but they were too lazy to do that! Like damn! If they improve, I’ll update but until then I’m staying away from the burgers.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This happened to my family a few weeks ago. Went through the drive-through one night on our way home. Got back to the house and began eating when my wife suddenly started to scream because she found a cockroach in with our half eaten fries. We were extremely distraught because of the experience and worried for our health and the health of our two younger children. My wife was even ill that night because of it. I would avoid this location at all costs!! Should be shut down in my opinion!!

Finished a long 11 hour day at work. Didn’t feel like cooking. Decided cookout was a good place to meet my dietary needs. I was tired and hungry. Ordered a double cheeseburger no bun. Receipt says big double. Only received one Pattie, which wasn’t big. WTH? A big double is a one regular patty?
