Dame’s Chicken & Waffles was the deciding factor in extending our trip—and it did not disappoint! The breakfast here is top-tier, guaranteed to leave you satisfied and full for the day. We loved the “build your own” option. The chicken cutlet was perfectly seasoned and crispy, the waffle was fluffy and just the right amount of sweet, and the fruit was fresh and flavorful. The vibe was warm and welcoming, with a friendly atmosphere that made our experience even better. If you’re in the area, Dame’s is a must-visit spot. We’ll definitely be back!

The first time my lady and I tried Dame’s it was in Greensboro and I must say this location in Cary didn’t disappoint either so Dames is 2 - 0 with me, they haven’t lost yet! My lady and I went here for brunch before we headed back home from our weekend getaway and everything was made to order, came out hot and fresh. The restaurant itself is very nice, has a lot of nice artwork hanging on the walls and has smooth jazz playing through the speakers. I was able to have a conversation without yelling and saying huh over and over again so that was really nice. My lady had the classic waffle with cheese grits and 3 wings (I didn’t get a pic of her food). I had the sweet potato waffle , 3 wings, and Mac & cheese( oh and I had turkey sausage which I also didn’t take a pic of). Everything was wonderful! The total price was reasonable for what you get and we even came back home with food. The waitress was really nice and didn’t rush us to order which was great. There is only one bathroom for both men & women to share so just wanted to make you all aware of that. I’m not a public bathroom person so for me it wasn’t a big deal but I know for others it may be. We will definitely be returning again when we are in the area.

Dame’s Chicken and Mid Overall the vibe of the restaurant was great and service was nice helping explain what was best with each other on the menu. But I felt like the food was lacking when I went. Maybe I was expecting more due to people’s recommendations of this place before. The main problem I had was with Charging for every “Shmear” and “Drizzied” it felt more like A la carte than anything due to having to pay for each part of the meal. Overall okay! Probably won’t go again but doesn’t hurt to try!
