I work in food delivery. This is the first McDonalds I've been to in the entire Triangle that charges a dollar for a cup of water. Something that should cost 5 cents at most... If they are that greedy over something as cheap as tap water, what else are they cutting corners on? I'm encouraging every customer I deliver from this location to take their business elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the bathrooms & dining room are but the thing that stuck out on every level was not just the hot & fresh food & coffee but the friendliness of this staff is above par. They were more than friendly, fast, accurate & even brought my tray over to me with a smile. I had a few questions when I came in & they were just on top of it. This is my absolute favorite McDonald's in Cary NC now. Just absolutely above & beyond at every level! This district manager/franchise owners must be super proud of such a well run restaurant. 🙌👏💯🔥🤘 ALSO: The dining room is 24 hrs as well!!! This is the first place besides Sheetz & Waffle House that I've come across that is open like this since the pandemic. Amazing.. 🫶😏

Went through the drive and only orders in the outside lane was being taken after 3 cars i went inside after the people on the intercom said wait a minute. Came inside 5 minutes no service! Hispanic young girl ignored me until a Caucasian lady came to the counter! Never again.
