A quick lunch at an interesting business. It was exceptionally clean and neat. The offerings were a sweet donut or a variety of hot dogs fixed like corn dogs with unique crispy coatings. We tried the half and half potatoes which was half cheese half hot dog coated with chopped bits of potato. Kind of like a hot dog and fries meal, the ramen dog and the hot Cheetos dog. For sweets we had the cream cheese and mango pineapple roll. The donut shaped roll can be easily broken into bite size pieces which easy to eat and convenient. The atmosphere is very sterile with limited seating.

Perfect for a quick treat or takeout. We tried a Korean Hotdog, one of the Christmas-themed mochinuts, and a canned fruit bubble tea, and everything was delicious. The mochinut had a soft, chewy interior. The Korean Hotdog was a fun and tasty first-time experience. The custom canned bubble tea was a neat touch and tasted great. The interior is small, with just a few tables. There was a steady stream of people coming in while we were there, but it never felt overcrowded or hectic.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with Mochinut…. We decided to come in to try them after seeing them online but little did we know that we would be met with such a cold reception. As we walked in, the girl working the counter mumbled hey… we replied hey how are you? And we started looking at the donuts they had left. Granted it was about 20 mins before closing but why say your establishment is open if only bad customer service will be offered after a certain time? Since this was my first time here I wasn’t sure if I ordered on the iPad or with her, so I asked if she could help me. She ignored me twice and finally on the third time she removed her AirPods and responded that I would need to use the iPad to order. She then placed her AirPods back into her ears and I placed my order. The entire time the whole vibe was off and felt like we were being rushed out. After she handed me my order, I kindly asked her what her name was and she again couldn’t hear me, finally she took the AirPods back out and I asked her again. I’m not sure if Paulina was having a bad night or if the owners of this establishment simply promote bad service. I see the other reviews are great, so I’d like to think this incident was isolated. Do better, Mochinut. As a first time customer this experience left a bad taste… not gonna lie though the donuts were 10/10! Wish their service matched!
