I’m lost for words when I went to cookout and they said that the only manager that always gets my order correct was fired. This man always had his team on point and always always worked fast and efficient . This man always had my order right. If y’all moved him to a new location just let me know which one but if y’all fired him for real y’all need him back because this cookout really lost touch. Long wait time now and food is never fresh and not worth my money anymore. I think his name was Rodney or Rod. I was not the only regular that came in and noticed the difference. I gave this location 2 more tries after I learned he left and I was so disappointed. I need to start a petition to get him back. I used to get so excited when I see his grey car parked in the same spot. I just knew then I’m going to get exceptional service. It really makes a difference when you have a devotional team leader that gets the job done and the right way.

Asked for a plain dbl burger with no toppings and I received a cheese nd mayo soaked burger…. No time to go back but this isn’t the first time.The receipt even had the wrong order which isnt surprising! The cashier seemed to have trouble hearing us multiple times. Thanks tho for everything that yall did get right!

Very little food portions. But anyways it was the customer service I didn’t really like. I’m from Louisiana so we don’t really have many Cook Outs. I don’t really know about the food. I ordered the walking Taco which was near $4. They gave me a small bag of Doritos basically… I went back around nicely asking if I can get something else because I didn’t know it would just be a small bag of chips. I wanted a fry and a quesadillas which comes out to about $4. They said I could only pick one. I chose the quesadillas which was $2… so they didn’t give me my moneys worth and I think that’s bad customer service. I just called customer service and they said the store was correct… look the customer is always right. $3.69 plus tax for something I didn’t want vs a Quesadilla for $1.99 and fry for $2.49= 4.48? Y’all could reward that… the walking taco is too high for its quality. Y’all still owe me $1.70 cents. I don’t care if it’s just $1.70 I don’t like bad customer service ! And guess what? Yep… they took the chips back smh
