Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but there was no chicken at all. Completely hard as rock fried batter, which was inedible. Very disappointing because this is my second time getting a chicken sandwich like this, no chicken and rock hard batter. Check your sandwiches before you leave to make sure you actually receive food.

This was honestly the worst experiences of cookout i’ve had! Just awful. They put in a completely wrong order and gave me some pitty food. Then they put a nugget as my ranch wrap. I now have to go to sleep hungry.

SOOO much fun! Love the new menu options like how they put the ingredients of your milkshake at the bottom of the cup so you get to mix it yourself! Also love the mystery of discovering what you got and if it matches your order! Why aren't any of the other Cookouts doing these things yet?
