If I could rate this location zero stars, I would. While I generally enjoy Cook Out and have had great experiences at many of their locations, this particular store is exceptionally disappointing. The communication is poor, and the customer service is unacceptable. The employees are consistently rude and lack attention to detail—confirming orders through the intercom but providing entirely different items at pickup. The disorganization and lack of professionalism are shocking for a brand I usually admire.

I come here often and my order has been wrong a few times. No big deal I usually go back around and they fix it. This time my order was wrong and i went back around and was told we had to walk up and get it fixed. It’s cold outside and neither of us in the car had the proper clothes on to stand outside in the cold. We went through the “DRIVE thru” for a reason. we went to the window anyways, not to argue, but to just explain that we were not properly dressed to stand in the cold. There weren’t any other cars, it’s not like we would’ve held up the line. and again, we usually get our food fixed in the drive thru so I’m not sure what was different today. i paid for the wrong food and I’m not happy with that.

I never got any food customer service was Horrible! The thing that bothered me was I never had a bad experience here I lived up the street.... I moved but I came there just to get a better experience than Freedom location just as bad here I didn't get any food at all. The manager/ in charge very nasty she had the nerve to walk away from the Window because I asked for a Supervisor over here and told me no and then acted as if she don't speak English. I can't make this up it was intense I'm going to say just bad the owner's need to check in because I'm sure they don't know how these employees treat there customers? If I could give this location a -2 that's what it should be.!?
