Can’t even get a simple order right spent 18$ on my meal for a McRib, Big Mac and large fry. Got a small/medium fry with Big Mac won’t be going back to this place again beyond pissed off!

Kind of unacceptable for you to have two lanes to order from, both are open, and to only take orders from one. I was skipped multiple times before I was able to place an order being told to "hold on one sec". Fast food wasn't very fast today.

By far the best McDonald’s in Charlotte. Exceptional customer service, Very friendly and pleasant staff who are willing to go above for their customers. Food is always fresh and hot with a picture perfect look!!! Would highly recommend this location.
