I'm not sure how this location is still open!!!?? The people are "nice" however, I have tried numerous spread out time periods and keep being let down by not being able to eat cold (supposed to be hot) food 😔. This time it looked freshly made but the cheese was still cold, the meat was even cold along with the fresh lettuce and tomato and onion, which should have been cold. I'll be adding pictures this time. I attempted to call, but to no avail, there was no answer.

A new day here and no hot sauce for chili. No crème soda. They are constantly out of major items. This time I got 9 spicy nuggets and one regular nugget as a 10 piece. They were cold. It’s like they didn’t want to make any more nuggets. I paid for fresh food and that’s what I expect as a customer. I didn’t know I had to plead for freshness. As one customer said on these reviews I don’t know why this location is still open. I won’t be back and I’ll spread the word as well. They take your money and give you sub par food. My order came to damn near 12 dollars and some things I could not get due to them not having them.workers are at the tables smootchin. Like get a room. No chili, no nuggets, no ketchup, spoons or salt for fries or napkins. Burger not fresh and not how I ordered it. Fries not fresh. Basically hey we gonna give you what we want you to have. I can understand substituting certain items but even those items must be fresh and made to order folks. Then my order was for dine in. Definitely not good. They said they are waiting for the truck with the supplies. Whom ever is their person in charge of ordering needs a new job. Hire me to do the ordering. Wouldn’t be out of anything. Oh and this is supposed to be a medium. I don’t think so. Take a look below. With all the terrible reviews especially with the rubber band in the food, im calling corporate and higher if I have to. This makes no sense. Shut down or hire competent employees. That goes for management as well.

Everytime we get a door dash or Uber eats order at 1, they say they are close, and they advertise they are open till 2, and it’s post on Apple and Google maps open till 2, people are ordering food and not able to get food, it affects our rating. We see them inside doing nothing or smoking in the parking lot while they could be making the food. Whoever is the general manager should take a look at this location and make some changes. Such a disappointment.
