Just ordered a large onion rings and they couldn’t even get that right. Old grease and onion rings were not cooked. Absolutely disgusting! Ordering a large, I asked for two zesty sauces. Cashier told me it would be $0.75. Ok BK Concord Mills, you just got Burger King banned from my patronage. Never again!

I visited this location today for lunch and couldn't be happier with the service and food. All three interactions at the drive-thru were great: Young lady that took my order, the cashier and finally the individual that gave me my food. All very courteous and kind. I ordered the whopper meal and the burger and fries were piping hot, both were delicious! Thank you for an excellent experience!

The service is wonderful from multiple staff members. The food is served HOT and FRESH every time I visit! No fast food chain on Concord Mills Boulevard can touch that BK location.
