Came through the drive thru, ordered TWO LARGE onion rings and left with the bottom of the barrel. What is this? Genuinely disappointed. After LITERALLY waiting for 15 minutes, this is what I get? Do better.

This was by far the worst cookout I've been to in a long time. Me and my fiance stopped by yesterday on the way home from running some errands. I'm not going to sit here and write a full paragraph, but everything was terrible. You can't understand anybody at the speaker. The food isn't right. And the inside was total chaos, resulting in much longer wait times than you would hope for a dang cheeseburger. I decided to stop by today on my way into work. Just to see if anything would be different. Exact same crap different day. I will never go to this cookout again.

Ordered onion rings as my side i get two small pieces the other pieces i don’t know what the heck it is? Cookout is slacking BAD!!
