Circa-1950 fast-food chain for counter-serve burgers, some stacked with multiple patties.

You pay for what you get There is a .399 credit card fee, so bring cash The burgers are plain and the patty melt was not rich in flavor The only good tasting thing was the tator rounds I definitely will not come back here

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Parking is good. Interior is dated, but not like good vibes 1950s dated, just dated. Ordered a WHATABURGEE with cheese and bacon. The bun was really good, tad sweet taste. Burger was good. Not a fresh hand pattied burger, so it was cooked well. I like my burgers med-rare. Toppings were fresh. Fries were small portion. I think I spent $17, not a great value, but not too bad.

After all these years they still have reasonable prices. A large drink was less than $2 and you can feed 3 people with drinks for about $22.00 and that’s pretty much unheard of even for fast food restaurants. I used to visit here as a kid. I love what Cabarrus county is doing for the immediate area!! Happy to see an old goody still around!
