I was raving about cookout during and just after the pandemic because the prices stayed roughly the same when everyone else was raising prices. Here lately, although the prices are the same, the quality of the food has gone downhill. The chicken sandwich used to be a thick piece of breast and is now a thin, processed piece of chicken. The consistency of the prepared food in the same store and frome store to store varies tremendously. Need some better oversight in the stores and return to the higher quality food products.

I am very disappointed in the quantity and quality of the food.It is no longer original, The burgers are smaller, the food is processedflamed broiled. It's no longer fresh food. It's processed. the quantity and quality of the food has drastically changed. You get what you pay $ for. Cheap...?
