Stopped here on 3/19 around 21:30 and I ordered three items one being a whopper with extra pickle. Once home I discovered I only had the standard 2 pickles, maybe 3 on my whopper. Mind you I used to work for BK for over a year in my past so I know how the food should be prepared. So people may say what is the big deal? The big deal is this: Any employee should do their job plain and simple. Do your job!! If you do not like your job then leave as soon as you can. But providing poor customer service is unacceptable. I was young once and viewed fast food jobs as just something to do to get a check, but I matured and learned that IT IS IMPORTANT FOR WORKERS TO GIVE CUSTOMERS A QUALITY PRODUCT. The brand is depending on its customers to do just this. So Do Your Job!! If the order is for extra mustard give them extra mustard.

My food was salty AF, sloppily made, and cold. Sad part is they weren't busy. I started to drive to Raeford Rd location but decided to give Skibo a chance and IMMEDIATELY regretted it. The quality definitely wasn't worth the money paid

They didn’t fill the coffee up all the way (I mean 2/3 full and the coffee level didn’t even go above the ice) and ALL of my fries weren’t the right size. Silly me! I must have totally wanted medium fries instead of the large ones I ordered, since my coffee was medium. I asked for no ketchup and that I wanted mayo, they gave me extra ketchup and everything else too including mustard I didn’t ask for. The sauce packets that have been who KNOWS where, touching my FOOD. Braindead staff with zero common sense. Seriously, how ignorant and illiterate do you have to be to mess up 3 larges fries and a medium coffee. Dayum.
