The order taker was very nice, although rushed with nobody behind me. The cashier, However, was rude and didn't say thank you. The milkshake was given to me with the lid half on and over flowing down the cup making a total mess. This transaction was on 3/7/25 about 4:00 or a little later. Won't be going back. I should've had her take the shake back and made it acceptable, but I'm kind and didn't.

Drive thru service was slow. However, the chocolate chip cheesecake shake was good! Edit: (January 24, 2025) they are really going downhill. We haven't been back in a while. Well, it seems like they have a really hard time with hearing through their speakers? I asked for tea with no ice, and they still put ice in both of them. The burger was good, but they really do not give enough of a side, even when it is doubled up. And my mom is not happy with her Regular BBQ plate; she is fussing at me that they put hot sauce all over her sandwich? I didn't ask for any hot sauce on the sandwich... I don't think we'll be going back any time soon...if we do go back. :/

Be careful with this one. The cashiers are running a scam on people by not giving your proper change back. I ordered two trays and only got rung up for one on my receipt. When I looked at my receipt and my change they had kept almost 8 dollars of my change. When I got home and noticed, I returned to the store immediately and they would not count the register to see if what I said was true or not. Nor was a manager on duty so they say. Think of it like this, if a person keeps 5 dollars from 10 different customers a day that's 50 dollars. 20 would be a 100 so on and so forth. They get you like this because they say we are only accepting cash and can you back up to the black pole and I'll call you to pull up. Your helping me with my drive thru time. Watch out for Stephanie. She the main one doing it.
