I don't understand what's wrong with this place. I order the same thing every time and every time I get it, my order is wrong. Are you guys not training your employees properly? Are they illiterate and can't read? What is it? Why is it so hard to make a mchicken and add cheese and bacon to it? I could see if it happened every once in a while but it happens everytime I come to this one. Yall gotta do better smh

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I asked for no onions because of my friend's allergies *three separate times* and still received a burger with onions on it, which they then couldn't eat. The burger itself looked like someone threw it on the floor before they put it upside down into the box and also had a hair in the cheese! So the whole thing was inedible. The fries were also half empty. I mean, really??? This isn't the first time this has happened - if I ask for no onions, my sandwich always has them; I have to ask for a sandwich plain just to avoid it. Despite it being busy, the fries were cold and soggy and the cashier had a nasty attitude. When I told her I needed more change back (because i counted out what I gave her before I got to the window) she told me I was wrong and wouldn't listen. I've tried giving this place chances but I'm done. It's clear no one here cares about what they're doing and I'm not going to waste my money, especially when there's NO cleanliness and ZERO quality control. I realize it's fast food, but in this economy sometimes that's all people can afford and they should still be given the same respect they'd get at a fancy burger joint. Long story short, don't waste your money on this crappy branch. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting.

Placed an order for no pickles and extra onions in my burger and they got it wrong. At first, I was like okay, no big deal, can you please redo this? I asked politely for them to remake it, and they did. It was still wrong. Went into the store and asked them to please correct it, they did. Still wrong. Asked them again, and was told, "No it's correct." I physically opened the burger and showed them there were no onions in the burger. They took it back, re did it and when I got it back I was over it so I went to my car with it... checked it and guess what? Still wrong. Asked for extra onions no pickles, I got extra pickles no onions. Worst McDonalds ever. Just... ridiculous. It's so bad I am literally laughing. Do not go here. Save your time and money yall.
