The service here is decent at best. I ordered online and waited 28 minutes for a mcchicken & fry. The employees made sure to avoid the front counter at all cost. On the upside, when I finally asked about my order.. they made it instantly (without any attitude might I add). Ironically, the lobby was virtually empty. I can not imagine visiting during busy hours.

frustrating experience at the drive-through. Long wait times and poor food quality can really put a damper on a quick meal. It’s disappointing when expectations aren’t met, especially at a place like McDonald's, which is known for its fast service. The ask to round up for donations can feel out of place when you're not satisfied with your experience. Many customers feel the same way when they encounter issues like these; it’s understandable that you’d want to see improvements in service and food quality before considering donations. It might be worth sharing your feedback with the restaurant’s management if they really care to listen …

I placed a mobile order through the drive thru here and everything was perfect. The drive thru employees were incredibly nice and I didn’t have to wait long for my food at all. The girl that handed me my food kept communicating with me and gave me an excellent customer service experience. I also got exactly what I wanted, including the extra toppings. This happened around 7:00 PM on February 15th. I just hope the team working that night knows that they are appreciated.
