I was literally just at this restaurant 5 minutes ago as a dasher. They had the intercom outside. After I finished my order, I came back and they took the intercom away from the door, which completely defeats the purpose of it. It's not fair that dashers get treated like trash. We literally pull up to pick SOMEONE ELSE'S food up, and get treated as if we are a burden. Just because the workers are making $9/hour doesn't mean we want to be doing the same. It's unacceptable that the employees get away with these things all the time. Update: They have a delivery window now and they don't use that either. Makes no sense

I've been coming here for 5 years and am just barely building the patience for this review. -Always understaffed after 11pm, -Always speak to you as though you're a burden vs customer -2/5 times the order is inaccurate, -consistently fails to accommodate card purchases. It's 2025, who uses cash anymore. No cap spent 40 minutes in line as it was wrapped around the building only to pull up and hear the automated message from the intercom "are you actually cash rewards member, if so___" Had to ask several times for someone to respond to me for my order, meanwhile people behind me thinking I'm holding up the line but it's because they clearly couldn't take my order, and when a human finally acknowledged me it was absolutely berating with tone and "we takin cash only" I swear this whole town is just passed off.

Please stop allowing your employees to wear cheap BBW perfume or lotion. The smell is getting on the food and drinks. I'm very sensitive to cheap smells. The morning manager should know better but apparently doesn't care.
