This location constantly has given wrong food or no food from our orders. Today we did a mobile pickup and when we got home we realized they forgot food again. They didn’t give us our mac n cheese so I drove back to the restaurant to have that corrected. On my way back (already left the house) my wife texts me showing we ordered the sandwich with extra pickles but was given one without. When I arrived to the restaurant the employee that I was dealing with called over who I assumed was a manager. He seemed very skeptical to assist and after a few minutes of explaining how they messed up he finally agreed to make it right. I shouldn’t have to sit in the drive thru holding up the line or in the parking lot to make sure my order is correct every time. Overall, terrible customer service from this location on multiple orders! When I got back home I got to eat my meal cold!

The people here are always nice they just screw you on the food A LOT. I usually go to the one on friendly but didn’t feel like driving too far. I wish I would have this a cold half empty bowl for 11.12 🥴

Firstly the biscuits around the chicken minis were undercooked and slightly soggy also we requested chick fil a sauce and did not get any. But what really pissed me off was the fact that my food came up to be 30 damn dollars for two entrees (these aren’t even meals) wtf??!
