Today was my first time at Cook Out in over a year and today, I was reminded why I stayed away. I repeated my order FOUR times and you still got it wrong. I wouldn’t care if I didn’t have to pay extra for chili that I didn’t get.

Ordered 4 side order nuggets, and the bags along with a majority of the nuggets had small black hairs on/in them. Absolutely nasty!

Can someone explain why this cookout is charging more than other cookouts? There’s no shake for $3.99, right? They mistakenly added an extra shake to my order and when I noticed I asked for that refunded to my card. This is what this cookout is pricing shakes at, with tax! For a Banana fudge shake.
