I got 2 “regular” hamburgers 1-cookout style and 1-with normal fixings. ($10 total) There was 1 spoon of chili for a .99 cent add. After I sat down and took 3 bites of bread I opened the bun and took it back up and asked if this was a regular or a small? They said a regular and did I want them to remake it? I said yes. After she snatched it out of my hand the replacement was no different. There is no way these are “regular” $5 each burgers. After I got home and thought about it I sent corporate an email. Their form letter said “we will get this experience filed”. The quarter is for context. It did not come on the burger. If they did I would at least have .50 cents. This is from the wendover store in Greensboro.

I order no onions, no cheese. Employee repeats it back to me…This is what I come home and open up. Why do yall do that? Where is the miscommunication? I don’t understand. There are two slices of onion!!! Another burger I have to throw away this year. When people say no to certain ingredients…they cannot eat certain things. Like me with cheese and onions. Please do better.

I brought my kids, their cousin and friend for lunch. It’s hard pleasing that many kids. The staff were amazing! The food was fresh and good! This is my favorite cookout in Greensboro!
