This location is absolutely deplorable. I ordered ahead on my mobile app and let them know twice at the speaker I had a mobile order. I wasn't greeted or anything and was rudely told to "pull around to the second window." I was still not greeted and handed my drinks without straws. A car was pulled up ahead of my and I had to wait. The manager then asks if I added anything to my order after paying bc the register stated I owe $1.14 for Coke Zero. I told her I didn't add anything and the two drinks come with the meals I ordered. I was given my food but not the Frosty I ordered. The very rude female employee said the Frosty is the reason it was saying I owed money. I told her I already paid and it was showing on my receipt she raised her hand and said "Don't yell at me." I said I'm not yelling at you. I felt accused and belittled as if I were being berated for something that wasn't my fault. I had my paid receipt on my phone and gladly showed it. My order was also incorrect as I ordered plain burgers without cheese (not a huge deal but I'm wondering if this mistake on their behalf incurred the "extra charge.) The young female at the window has zero customer service skills and behaves very entitled as if she can treat people poorly but you should have the upmost respect for her. I have contacted corporate concerning this issue. I am still apples I was treated this way when I clearly paid for every item in my order. Please e-mail customercare@wendys.commit you experience similar issues as I have read multiple reviews of other customer experiencing similar mistreatment. I am including a horrendous picture of my "chili cheese fries that look more like soup.

employees stated they could not find my mobile order so i came inside and showed them my mobile order on my phone. after confirming everything was correct on my end (adress, payments, etc.), I was essentially told that they didn’t have it and that they couldn’t do anything to help me, in a very rude tone that insinuated that I was the problem. After stating that i had paid for my food and would not be leaving empty handed, the young male employee with red hair rolled his eyes, reluctantly made me my food, and then mumbled stuff under his breath about me to his coworkers. ALSO while this was happening, a young employee named trey was being absolutely berated and yelled at by all of his coworkers and his manager. Trey was the only employee there who showed any kindness and understanding to me through this issue with my order and the way he was being treated was uncomfortable and unacceptable. do better

First of all, in the drive-thru, they didn't greet me. Just asked what I wanted. Ordering 5 Biggie Bag meals(three $5/two $6) we recieved our food after I feel was too long of a wait. Food issues: My spicy nuggets were not spicy(they were regular), ALL the fries were rubbery, overcooked, & barely warm, the nuggets were old & dried out, they didn't give the right sauces (too many ranch, no BBQ or S&S, and a not-ordered honey mustard), and the burgers has the wrong condiments or lack of correct ingredients. It's tolerable at best. This is on a Sunday afternoon(1pm) with no line. It's unacceptable! Don't go here. It's not worth the money. It's a disappointment to the Wendy's name(which I've worked for and never had issues with at any other location).
