Having loved the menu for over twenty years. However, the turnover on window cashiers and their personal service changes dramatically with the seasons. Only two friendly people in 2024, and early 2025. The most recent experiences have been painful with the bad communication and rude speaking ladies throwing out bias. I'll try again next year, when they lose clients, and hire more nice, trusting cashiers that pay attention. The food is good, when they bag what you requested. Good luck.

I received the absolute worst service from Madison today. I’ve been coming to this Cook Out since it was opened. Have always had good experiences until today. She was rude while taking my order, she shorted me $30 for my change, then got an attitude when I said something. Never said hello, thank you or anything. After receiving my order I noticed I didn’t have any napkins. It took me a minute to get her attention, she was too busy fraternizing with her male coworkers. Finally got her attention and asked her for some napkins and ketchup, please. She looked at me like I had done something wrong and never said a word, just rolled her eyes, while handing me the napkins. Very disappointing.

They kept messing up my order. I was handed my tray without a bag at the drive thru. Please do better. Based off of the recent reviews, there seems to be a clear indication of bad management going on in there. I hope the owner addresses it to avoid more issues if you want your business run smoothly, train your employees on providing better services without messing up.
