This historic luncheonette has been serving delicious food for over 50 years, and the staff feels like family. I loved the all-the-way hot dog with onions, mustard, and chili, along with their bologna cheese sandwich and cheeseburger—everything was fantastic! The place is really nice and cozy.

The food is delicious, the menu is limited but for good reason, because this establishment delivers so well on what they offer. They are affordable, and quicker than any fast food restaurant. You can sit down, order, and eat within a 20 minute time frame if you need a quick lunch, and you won't find a better spot in town. Their establishment is small but their speed makes up for it. I have never had to wait for a seat in 20+ years, and I have had a good meal every single visit, and they now accept credit/debit cards! But most importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly and I enjoy their cordiality and hospitality immensely. You will be shown the respect you've given, and these good people deserve respect for their hard work serving delicious food. Enjoy.

I have been to this lovely establishment several times, and I must recommend eating at the bar, which is from the 1940s. I adore the older, unchanged style of this place. And I love that they have stayed true to themselves this entire time. Their menu hasn’t changed much or at all over the years. While they are not changing the culinary world with their food, they do offer a delicious and cheap lunch for those who are willing to traverse into this hole-in-the-wall establishment. I would also recommend the cheese burgers, they are as good if not better than their hotdogs!
