I ordered a chocolate peanut butter milkshake through the drive-through and the associate asked me again what I wanted which was a chocolate peanut butter milkshake she said peanut butter milkshake and I said no a chocolate peanut butter milkshake with extra peanut butter and then she said again a peanut butter milkshake and I said no a chocolate peanut butter milkshake with extra peanut butter. I get home only to find out that she’s giving me a regular peanut butter milkshake as you can see from the pictures is vanilla and the color of peanut butter didn’t taste any chocolate in it. It literally was a peanut butter milkshake. I asked for Cajun fries. I ended up getting regular fries so I can say that when I go to this location when the manager is on duty everything comes out perfect but not sure who was there today at 11am but it was not good service at all. So be mindful there is an awesome manager who works the window some morning who is black whenever I order when she is there everything comes out amazing. Today was not it I hope I can change this rating but it’s really disappointing when you pay for something and they miss the mark on both items.

What's kicked out of the drive-thru for asking for hush puppies at the window. Being from Raleigh all cookouts are always busy so they should be able to handle the load and they were not that busy at all. The lady was rude. As was the manager. The person at the walk-up window was decent They act like they are deaf and can't hear you and then tell you to pull around They also forgot the cheesecake and all four of my cheesecake milkshakes and that's crazy

Well, at least the fries were hot. Hey, it’s cookout. Aside from the highlight of having hot fresh fries with no Cajun seasoning, my chicken strips were closer to nugget size and fried very hard , either that or they have sat a while. So I enjoyed my fries and my sweet tea. Sorry, I can’t recommend the chicken strips yet.
