They're usually pretty quick and the food is always good, even during busy moments. On rare occasions they might get one thing wrong (like a side to a tray). I think that's just cause their mics and/or speakers are bad.

Took absolutely forever just for someone to place my order. When they did, they constantly had to tell me "Hold on" before continuing my order. It took over 5 minutes, from pulling up to the speaker before "pull up to the window", just to simply order two trays. Then they messed up my order somehow AND charged each tray as two separate orders. Worst of all, I watched the car in front of me receive a bag of food from the window - then they returned it back through the window as if they got the wrong bag. When I worked in fast food, I was taught this is a health violation and you're never supposed to accept food back through the window. Overall, pretty poor experience for a Cookout that only had two cars in line. I'd hate to come back here during rush hours.

I would rate the food, but I never got it. Line was unbearably slow. Not a lot of cars, but was just at a dead stand still. After waiting for 30 minutes without a single car being served and the line not moving at all, I ended up just going to the Fuquay cookout. Also, the parking lot looks VERY sketchy at night, and just not clean. I'm not one to throw around 1 star ratings but wow. It was awful.
