Only one drive thru was open even though both said they were, no one answered after a minute and a half of saying “hello” to the order station. When I went inside their self service station didn’t print a receipt because it’s out of paper and two people are standing at the counter right now, both are unable to get anyone’s attention. Stop being cheap and hire some people seriously this service is slow even self service isn’t being taken care of. Also they just push everyone to “Now Serving” on the screen, I’m guessing to keep appearances with corporate that they are keeping up with order times. What’s crazy is that they aren’t even busy right now. Oh and the Ice Cream tasted like chemicals not food, like someone left way too much flavoring in the mix. Not what is tastes like at other McDonald’s.

Around 3:30am. I waited at the window for at least 4 minutes for someone to respond and take our order. After ordering with bad customer service, the women gave me my drink and forgot my barbecue sauce. I had to ask for it again even tho she took my order and it clearly said it on my receipt. I went around to eat in the lot where a strange man aggressively spoke to me about my car lights. I then noticed the lady whom took my order and served me run to the car and hop in. She sat there for a while. I then tasted my lemonade which was clear and it not so ironically tasted like water. So I went around back to the window where I sat for another 6 or 7 minutes untill another car pulled up to the drive thru. During that time a different strange guy kept peeping around the corner at my car. He looked several times. I didn’t see it but my friend said she saw him reaching in his pocket. It made us very uncomfortable like a target. After the girl finally came back maybe almost 10 minute's later she told me she couldn’t make me new lemonade. I asked for a refund she said the manager wasn’t there and would be back. She told me to go wait in the parking lot by the strange guys which I didn’t do. I waited at the window. I told her I wanted the manager again and I would wait at the window. When I mentioned refund she seem like she didn’t wanna do it. She keep tryna order other cheaper drinks in which I didn’t pay for. A couple minutes later. A guy came to the window and he was the manager who gave me my refund. I’m not sure if it went through but I will be checking

I’ve never been to a McDonald’s where I felt unsafe and in danger entire time I was there. There were panhandlers at both the entrances to the lobby propositioning customers for a handout. I was unable to determine which people were customers, and which were staff going back into the kitchen area from the lobby. The staff at this location has very little standards or discipline. If there was a manager at this location, they should be ashamed of themselves and I wonder if the owner of this establishment understands that his staff could place him in a very actionable position. This restaurant should be avoided.
