The front register guy was new so it was difficult for him to understand my order as well as many other customers. He told me it was his second day but it looked like he hadn't been trained at all and was just thrown in the front register. He didn't speak very good English either so when I tried to make my order as easy as possible he couldn't understand what I was looking for. They were also out of Ice in both self service drink machines

12/04/24. I stopped here to buy a sausage biscuit and iced coffee at 6:40am. I was told to pull ahead which I had a feeling wasn’t good but I’d already payed. There were three other cars waiting.. after many minutes I was asked what I had ordered. Employee returned to the inside. Several minutes went by again and I was brought out the right biscuit but the wrong coffee. It had been 20 minutes and I was late to work so I just went ahead and took the food/drink. I’m not writing this just to complain, but to warn others. You’ll need to allow for a half hour to get your correct order, so plan ahead.

Food is fine normally, sometimes you can tell the oil hasn't been changed recently but today the blonde lady with glasses at the drive thru was needlessly passive aggressive. She gave me the wrong drink so I politely reminded her of what it was supposed to be and, she looked at me like I cussed her out! She then proceded to throw the wrong drink into a trash can super hard for no reason. I work a service job so I totally understand the stress of the public, but as someone who did nothing wrong and was trying to chill on my way home, this experience sucked! Chill!
