Fairly good experience at this location, but some improvements could be made. Customer service was ok, cashier seemed less than excited to be there...our food was ready in good time, but was not accurate. I wanted my burger without cheese, but it had cheese. Other than that my burger was great and I LOVED the massive tomato slice! I would have asked to fix it, but they were super busy and I didn't want to wait . My son's burger was done right, but his corn dog looked as though it survived a nuclear blast. Also several parts of the ceiling were leaking water unto the tables...I guess from the air conditioning system.

I ate lunch inside. I was greeted with "If you sit in the back, please notice we have a water issue. " They had water on the floor that was seeping in from the outside enclosed dine in area. I guess they have a leak somewhere? I had no problem getting my food. My double burger was good, but it was extremely messy, dripping with slaw juice, and the bread was falling off on certain areas. I got "Cook Out Style" with no onions. The ketchup basket was DISGUSTING. The packs of ketchup were covered with a sticky substance. I had to wash my hands AGAIN after squeezing my packs out.

I love the taste of the food, but I don't know how you can call this a big double burger. Where's the beef Cookout?
