My last visit here (11/26/23) was the best I have ever had at this location or any five guys' location. The fries were cooked perfectly. They were not oily and not undercooked. Cooking freshly made fries can be tricky and I have received them oily and undercooked before so that is why I mention those details. On this visit, the fries were 5 stars. The burgers were also 5 stars. The hamburger patties were cooked perfectly, all the toppings were fresh and the bun had just the right amount of mayo on it. The service was also 5 stars. The person that took my order was very nice and I did not have a long wait for my food. The atmosphere at this location is nice. They remodeled it a couple of years ago. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere was because the drink area was a bit dirty. Not terrible but could be better. Overall if you have never tried 5 guys or if you have and want to go to a location that does it right this one is a must-try.

We always have a good food experience when we come here. The food is always fresh, delicious, made to order and fast. The service is always friendly. The restaurant is clean. I can't say we've ever had a less than awesome experience here. Best burgers in the area!

Food is always great and if you ever have any issues don’t hesitate to reach out to them locally— they really care about their customers and won’t hesitate to fix it / make sure you’re satisfied! I haven’t received service like that from a major corporation/ fast food institution before and it’s really impressive
