There is literal mold growing on top of both chicken sandwiches we ordered. There is no way whoever made it could have missed the fuzzy black and green spot on top of the sandwiches. I understand working in fast food sucks and I don't have a high bar for you, but could you not take my money and give me garbage?

They forgot some of my items for my curbside order. Were rude and never came back out. When I went through the drive through and they finally brought out my items, the McFlurry wasn’t blended at all and my burger had a piece of GREASY PAPER in it. Tf

The pic is a "large" order of french fries that I just got today. Now I won't bother complaining that the fries (and nuggets) were cold... I fully accept that I will never receive hot food from McDonald's (maybe I should blame the "too hot coffee lady" who sued them over 30 years ago) But anyway, a large order of french fries costs over 4 dollars (you can get a 32 oz bag of frozen fries for less than that at the grocery store, btw) so the least they can do is FILL THE D@MN BOX UP! But they are instructed by their managers not to do that. Even though their fries have gone up like 30 percent in the last year. And wages for their employees have gone up. Service has gone DOWN.. a lot lower than 30 percent. Oddly enough, BK and Hardee's literally jam their fries and onion rings in the boxes until they're falling out. I haven't been to a McDonald's in like 6 months because they're so terrible, across the board. The only true craving I ever get is for their regular hamburgers. Maybe it's the nostalgia of getting them when I was a kid ..the one I got today had MAYBE 5 little granules of onion on it. The girl who handed me my sad, cold bag had a smirk on her face that said: "you ain't gonna like this". Her face was right.
