EDIT BECAUSE WHY DID I COME AGAIN LOL?! ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles and got one with nothing but cheese and an absurd amount of ketchup that’s all over the burger and bun lmfaoo all i can do is laugh at this point, this location is a joke absolutely the worst run mcdonald’s in town, NOT FAST FOOD, and the review before mine, absolutely right, the older lady who works at the inside register in the morning is extremely slow and rude, and the what i assume to be manager is just as rude and they both gave me an attitude about counting $2.30 in dimes which i had organized and counted already when i was standing there waiting to order for 30 minutes so i just went to the drive thru when it cleared up some, the only thing i even get from here anymore is an ICED COFFEE, i’ve been served moldy food at this location, i only go to get the iced coffee before work because it’s on the way and if they can’t get that right than that’s even more pathetic, but it’s always about a 15-20 minute wait just standing inside there waiting to even order. i won’t even be getting a coffee from here anymore because i wouldn’t be surprised if they’d spit in it. had to use the inside restroom once to find balled up soiled boxers in the first stall and what looked to be ash on the toilet in the bigger stall. the younger gentleman and lady that work in the drive thru are very sweet and kind though, great customer service, maybe the staff should learn from them, and the blonde ladies as well, there’s 3-4 decent employees out of the like 10 people that i’ve seen in the mornings, if i had a wish i would’ve never effed around with this mcdonald’s

This particular location has a bad habit of messing up orders. We ordered from the big screens in the lobby. It prints a receipt for you right there. I check that receipt to make sure it's correct. It is. Yet, the food in the bags, while similar, is not what we ordered. The printed tags they put on the food doesn't match the receipt. How does "no onion, extra pickles" become "light ketchup, light pickles"? Order at your own peril and double check your food before you leave. And they had run out of Pokemon toys for the happy meals. So when my kids opened the Pokemon branded box with the Pokemon branded apple slices, they received a Mario kart crap toy. The Pokemon meal was why we were there. We were going to do burger king but the Pokemon swayed us. That's a sign of bad management. It may be at the store level or it may be at the district level, but someone screwed the pooch.

I’ve been going to this same McDonald’s for over 15yrs, the customer service is always great especially the management. I love Mrs. Sherka,, Berry, Derrick, Ty G, Bella and Ms. Barbra they are awesome managers and employees. But most of all they always stride to make sure every customer has a great experience and provide an A+ service everytime not once have I been disappointed.
