This location has gone downhill but last night it was the worst I’ve ever had at a cookout. Double burger was thin, burnt and falling apart, the bun was extremely dry and it seemed like the whole thing had been sitting out for hours…even my fries and onion rings were not cooked right. Not crispy at all, limp and oily, and then my cheese bites were OVERcooked. Everything was so off. Then I bit into a fry that had a toothpick fried into it and that was disgusting. Even the milkshake was mixed terribly. I was shocked, used to regularly eat here but now it’s not even worth it. Not to mention a few months ago I ordered a peppermint fudge milkshake that had been cross contaminated with nuts because I had an allergic reaction shortly after eating a few bites. This has NEVER happened to me at a cookout. Who knows what else goes on in that kitchen. I’m done.

I said my order twice and they still managed to get it wrong. Toppings i understand sometimes, but how do you mix up a a big double burger. Especially with the raised prices, this is ridiculous

Missing a whole quesadilla, and paid 3.50 for cheese bites and legitimately I only got four single cheese bites. Sad and ridiculous. Didn't discover the missing food until 20mins later when I got home, so no I didn't let them know, because I wasn't driving all the way back. Shouldn't be an issue in the first place. The food itself is good, the service is severely lacking. Missing almost $10 of food. This is not even close to the first time either. This is always an issue. Missing items, and poor quantity on sides. I'm just so fed up.
