Ordered a bacontor meal. Burger and fries were basically cold. Not to mention my baconator didn’t have any bacon on it…. They even had me pull forward and wait by the door for my meal like they had to make it fresh

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! took my money, said they were out of potatoes, and said they couldn’t refund me because a Wendy’s app didn’t exist when i was literally showing them the app in my hands. I never make bad reviews but this location deserves it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a 6 piece spicy nugget, I got a 5 piece with 3 regular nuggets (fresher) and 2 spicy (old and rubbery). Drive through service was fast but the only communication was order taking and repeating my total at the window. No hello thank you or repeating of my order before running my card. Handed food out the window without even looking at me. I said thank you and got no response. Bag is super greasy. Disappointed people can own and run restaurants like this with no backlash. More disappointing that it’s in a busy area and they could really do better if they actually took care of the restaurant and got respectful staff.
