1st and Tenders Fargo

I placed an order for delivery from this restaurant last night around 10pm last night using DoorDash. I ordered 14 strips, half pound of fries and a sauce. Upon receiving the food I had a few issues. First being the food wasn’t even in a bag, the driver just put the food on the step outside of my building. Second issue at hand was that the chicken was burnt. Third issue I had and the one I was most disappointed in is that I called the restaurant to inform them that they sent me burnt chicken. I was informed by the woman who answered the phone that, that is how all the chicken is cooked. I told her the chicken was burnt like black burnt and she went and got her manager. I spoke with him and after telling him a few times that the chicken is burnt. I asked him what could be done about my chicken being burnt. I even told him I’d bring it back into the store so he could see how burnt it was, and he informed me that the oil needed to be changed and that’s why the chicken is burnt, he said he was the only one working so that he couldn’t change the oil. So even if he made new chicken it would still come out the same. I asked about getting my money back and I was informed that was not an option. The chicken went uneaten and we found some where else to go for our ultra late dinner last night.

Never got my order and when you call it goes straight to a voicemail that hasn't been set up Edit: my order finally showed up some time this morning or afternoon. I don't know when exactly since i was at work. By the time I got home the breading was soft and mushy. Fries cold as my front steps. Just threw it out, no idea how long it had been sitting there. Oh, and no call or apology from 1st & Tenders or Boss's Chicken.

Unfortunately, I have to edit my review once again. They need to find new staff for closing. I tonight ordered 3, 3 piece tender meals. Though DoorDash. I received 2 meals around 2:30 am. I tried calling numerous times with no answer. DoorDash does not compensate for this type of mistake. So, I don’t eat. How do you not see what I ordered before delivering?? I’m owed a meal. Again, night staff is ruining it.
