First time at a Sonic and it was a terrible experience. I was the only customer inside and I still waited 5+ minutes for someone to take my order… Apparently ordering outside has higher priority than customers inside which doesn’t make any sense. Food was ok. 1 guy was running around trying to help while others in the back talked and were on their phones. I do not recommend going here.

If you like waiting to place your order at the drive through while multiple other people show up 5-10 minutes after you and get to their order, this is the place for you. I was in line today with 1 other person in front of me. When it was my time to order, I was told to wait a moment. After waiting over 5-10 minutes, other cars arrive into the other drive through lane and get to place their orders immediately. People make mistakes, i get that. What I don’t appreciate is the fact that I have to drive around the building, get back in line, and when I get back to ordering they attempt to put me on another hold. When I mention that they had already forgotten about me on the previous go around, I was met with rudeness and no apology. I have been a regular customer since this store opened and I will not be back again. I would recommend other fast food to anyone reading this, such as McDonald’s, Burger King, 5 Guys, or Dairy Queen as they all offer much better service and 0 of the disrespect. Overall, I was shocked at how poorly I was treated today. I am utterly disappointed in the lack of care for the customer.

Our food came with missing toppings on our burgers, and you can taste that the oil in their fryer is bad. While we were ordering, the cashier had an attitude, and the tables were dirty. While addressing the issue with our order, the manager was very accommodating.
