A month ago, I sent an email about this matter, but I haven’t received any response from the owner. I ordered a box of 6 pieces of chicken, 2 toasts, and French fries, but when I received the box, it only had 2 pieces of chicken, 2 toasts, and the fries. When my son went back to address the issue, the staff accused him of lying and only gave him 2 additional pieces of chicken. I cannot accept the staff calling my son a liar. We came to buy food, not to beg or cheat over 4 pieces of chicken. It’s not about the money; nobody gets richer over 4 pieces of chicken, so there’s no reason for us to lie about it. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for such a big establishment. And I will never return to a place that disrespects its customers.

I got the chicken strip basket six piece with onion rings. The chicken strips tasted old, they were not hot. Other than that everything went fine. The line for drive-thru went quickly.

Dairy Queen, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I recently received at one of your locations. I placed an order through the Dairy Queen app, which was charged to my account without issue. However, upon arriving at the store, I was informed that they did not receive my order. Even though the employees were able to clearly see my order on the app on my phone. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, I was still left without my meal. To make matters worse, the store manager was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of offering any assistance in resolving the issue, they told me I was “out of luck” and suggested I contact my bank to reverse the transaction. No other solutions were provided, leaving me incredibly frustrated and without the food I had already paid for. This experience was completely unacceptable. I expect a higher level of customer service from a well-established brand like Dairy Queen. I trust you will address this issue and ensure that customers aren’t left in such situations in the future. I would also appreciate your guidance on how to resolve the charge for a meal I never received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
