They made a mistake with our order but they immediately fixed it. Super sweet and awesome stuff. One of the best fast food places I have found when it comes to customer service

We came through the drive thru at 9:55pm and sat there until 10pm but didn’t get any answer at the speaker. I understand coming 5 mins before close is not ideal, although, we only came to get 2 concretes. There was also a car sitting and being helped at the drive thru window when we drove off at 10 so there was no reason we weren’t helped. I used to work fast food, there’s a close time for a reason and establishments should be operating as such.

This is my touchstone must-go place. It's the first place I visit when I enter Lincoln, and the last place I go when I leave. It is the best food in the state. Steakburgers to die for! From real steak! The best cheese curds I have ever had. (If you're not groom around this area, be sure to try some! They're a delight!!!) And their signature Turtle Sundae puts every other ice cream shop to shame! Now that Steak 'n Shake doesn't make Orange Freezes anymore, try one of Freddy's! You'll be back! I promise!
