Super rude shift lead. Got home (right up the street) no ranch for side salad and I ordered a large Frying and there was legitimately 2 French fries. Not a big deal I'll just run back and have them fix it. Came to the window and was told "that's just our service" and wouldn't fix it. How hard is it to go grab a small fry and make the order correct, and I'm not even that upset about that it was how rude the girl working was about it, told me to buy more. I'll just go to the other one up the street from now on and not deal with the god awful attitude I just received after asking (at first very politely to get the food I just paid for)

Just wanted to address the elephant in the room which is when did your runza's size get cut in half. I haven't had one for a while and picked up a couple swiss mushroom runzas and fries, got home and saw the size of it and I felt like someone was picking my pockets. What a JOKE. I get inflation and the cost of things but you may want to consider coming correct on that thing you call a runza, what a ripoff. I will rethink spending almost 30 bucks for 2 runzas, fries and a couple of cookies. Good Grief. So much for a Nebraska tradition.

Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup. Received a double cheeseburger with mayo and pickles. Waited quite a long time in the drive thru and they had just opened. My receipt said cheeseburger with ketchup so they just mixed up the order with somebody else. Disappointed.
