The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you know customer service and you came here you’d be disappointed. Kid started to get mad over the headset after we ordered more than 3 things. The attitude we received was ridiculous. Acted like they didn’t wanna be there. Mind blowing you’re getting paid for this? It takes 2 seconds to smile at someone and say have a good day. Didn’t even say anything to us as they handed us our food. They then forgot things and got a little irritated when we asked for it. Training on headset is definitely lacking. Do better. Don’t plan on coming back.

It has always been when I go, but the last two times have not been good. I got pickle fries last time that were just crumbs. And this time they put a hole in the bottom of my cup (I am assuming while mixing the shake) and then they put a sticker over it to cover it up.

I ordered the jumbo chicken and what I got was old and not worth $18 for a meal. I had to throw away the chicken because it looked like it was days old and tasted chewy. Only come here for drinks not the food.
