I visited here and was greeted with we close in 6 minutes then once I get to the counter a young girl was taking orders and was tapping the counter with her nails as if I was bothering her and she didn’t really want to take my order. I told her I fell in the parking lot due to slick conditions. She didn’t ask if I was ok or respond at all. I alerted the manager that her clerk was kind of rude and she was trying to rush me to order. She the manager said she worked 13 hours and to not worry about what I was complaining about.. to her order taker. She the manager said she has no time for anyone’s attitude once I got my order my fries were uncooked and full of greasy we couldn’t eat them. The burger was burnt and old like it was cooked previously, I have been coming to this restaurant for 20 plus years and I have never been treated so badly and unwanted. It was a waste of 50.00 and I will never return.

Second time here and still deciding how I feel. Ordered the Double Cheeseburger w fries. Keep in mind they are a mustard only on the burger kinda place so plan accordingly. You could probably request ketchup or some other sauce, but it’s not on the base order. The burger was fine, looked worse than it tasted, and was a bit hungry after. If and when I go again I’d probably see if there’s a larger burger on the menu. Their fries tasted good, but I saw other reviews raving about them and that, I just don’t get. They’re greasy fries, taste okay, relax people. Consider the 3 stars as an okay burger that I wouldn’t shy away from. A plus, was able to get a burger in the morning, which is rare with other fast food joints.

My first visit was awesome and it certainly won’t be my last! My order was great and I believe my coworkers when they hailed Bronco’s fries as arguably the best in Omaha!
